About Adam

Adam is a radio veteran of the New England airwaves. When he's not DJing a wedding or an event, you can currently find him on the air Monday thru Friday 6pm-midnight on i98.3 in Willimantic, Connecticut; or on the weekends at 94.7 WMAS in Springfield, Massachusetts. Adam has also been on the air at Kiss 95.7 in Hartford, Connecticut; and Z97.1 in Rutland, Vermont. In addition, Adam is also responsible (as music director of i98.3) for the selection of music on a top-rated radio station....another benefit of choosing Adam Rivers for your next event - a DJ who's on the radio every day, who knows what's popular now, and who picks songs - every single day.

Do you have lights?Yes, I have dozens of lights, both for parties and weddings. I also specialize in uplighting, too. These packages can be added on at nominal cost to you. What are your rates?My rates are very competitive and you will not find a better value for the quality of services performed. Rates vary by event, time, and preparation involved. Please contact me for a guaranteed 24-hour, no-obligation quote.Do you have an online request system?Yes. I have an online system that can help (and provide suggestions) for you regardless of your musical tastes. If you'd like your guests to enter online requests, it can take care of that, too; I can provide you a link that will let them pick songs they would like to hear at your event.Do you have a back-up system?I bring a backup set of equipment to every event just in case something were to happen to my main equipment. All of my equipment is high quality Electrovoice and Yamaha equipment, the best on the marketplace.Can I consult with you before making a decision?Absolutely. Via phone or in person, I will be more than happy to talk with you and address any concerns or questions you may have. I also have a wealth of knowledge and prior planning experience that you can reference in deciding what you feel will work best for your event.Do you sign contracts?Yes, I sign a contract which states very clearly what is to be performed and what I will receive for my services.
